Jenny is the full package; talented, personable, knowledgeable and incredibly creative!

Jenny came to us already highly recommended by a local, specialist landscaper. The moment I met her, I immediately knew we could work together as she has a very open, intelligent and calm enthusiasm that guided us all through her vision for our project.

We had a tarmacadamed front garden in front of a grade II* listed house. We gave her an idea of our design concepts on a back of a cigarette packet and waited for her creation. I can remember her sitting on the steps of our lawns and car park, quietly scribbling and drawing her designs after our first meeting. A couple of weeks later we were presented with her designs we were blown away by her insight and ability to put our ill formed ideas into such a perfect design. Not a thing needed to be changed. She had immediately transformed our hopes in to some form of reality.

Jenny’s hard work ethic multiplied when she found out she was pregnant and as her belly grew her determination and passion knew no bounds and she’d be on site sleeves rolled up, whatever the weather directing her team! Even after her gorgeous little boy was born, she’d have him strapped in his baby holder under her coat as she’d lined out the plant plan and continued to project manage impeccably.

Her knowledge seemed unlimited, be it types of grasses, plants, borders or trees but then also to drystone wall construct, cappings and aggregates. Coupled with her technical abilities, she provided detailed plans that made applying for planning permissions a doddle and meant the other trades could follow her design without fault. She had considerable access to a range of highly qualified local trades who were exemplary in their execution of the project on time and in budget and their quality of craftsmanship (their passion) undeniable.

Jenny’s legacy has not only given us such pleasure as we watch our garden grow and mature, amazed by the seasonal shifts in heights, juxtapositions, colours, textures and sheer variety of plants she chose, but we believe has added considerably to the ‘value’ our home. This means year round we are able to relish Jenny’s foresight, passion and vision....thank you!

We asked Jenny to design a garden for us, and we both enjoyed the experience and are thrilled with the outcome.

Jenny really paid attention to our ‘wants and needs’ for the garden, and provided lots of input and suggestions as to what requirements we had and which materials and plants we liked. The end result being a suite of drawings and planting plans that enabled us to visualise what it would look like.

Jenny also sourced builders (who were outstanding), materials and plants. The project was managed to a efficient timeline, and Jenny was prompt and helpful at all times - I always felt that the garden mattered as much to her as it did to us.

We now have a thriving, beautiful outdoor space that is complemented by everyone who visits, and one that is enjoyed by us as much as we dared hope. Jenny is simply wonderful and what she does, and wonderful to work with.

Our garden needed renewing. We count ourselves very lucky to have found Jenny, who has introduced structure, colour and interest through the seasons.

It was difficult to imagine at first, but Jenny’s expertise in planning, with the use of illustrations and technology, brought it all to life.

She was clear on the timetable and costs and kept us in touch with developments throughout the process, as well as being available for on-going advice on care of the plants and the management of the garden.
